With Valentine's Day just around the corner love is in the air. I'm gonna go ahead and challenge all the cynics out there who claim that Valentine's Day is the absolute worst because it's a whole day dedicated to love (!) - and we need more days like that. Days that celebrate our love for our partners, families, friends (and ourselves!)
